Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Test Scripts Writer to support the development and implementation of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) modules. This role involves analyzing business requirements, developing and automating test scripts, and ensuring software quality through rigorous testing practices.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements for testability using Functional Specifications, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and Technical Design Documents.
• Develop requirements into test conditions, test cases, and test scripts.
• Develop and execute test scripts using qTest and automate scripts using TOSCA.
• Review test cases and artifacts for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate testing activities, track defects, and provide reproducible test cases.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve issues.
• Perform test scripting data collection and analysis according to project schedules.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• 5+ years of experience with qTest, TOSCA, and NeoLoad tools.
• 5+ years testing web, GUI, client/server, and database applications.
• 5+ years of requirements analysis and automated test case/script development.
• 5+ years of manual and automated testing, including test plan writing and test case review.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with developers and business analysts.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-changing environment.
• Stable work history.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• 1+ year experience in Curam product testing and health & human services project testing.
• 6+ months experience with SQL for validation/testing, UNIX navigation, and TOSCA automation scripting.
• 1+ year experience using Jira and SharePoint.

Special Considerations:

• On-site work location in Durham, NC.
• Role may require adapting to a fast-changing environment.

Scheduling:

• 9-month contract duration.
• Interview options include webcam or in-person.
