In this role, you will oversee production teams to safely achieve quality, volume, and cost targets while supporting our commitment to sustainable forestry and responsible wood products manufacturing. You will manage shift staffing, training, and performance, coordinate with maintenance and logistics, and drive continuous improvement using lean principles. The ideal candidate brings hands-on manufacturing or sawmill experience, strong safety leadership, and the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced, on-site mill setting.
