Our award-winning pet care resorts set the standard in boarding, daycare, and grooming—and we're seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead operations, people, and performance at the highest level. What You'll Do
As General Manager, you are the leader of the business—responsible for driving results, developing teams, and delivering an exceptional 5-star experience across every part of the resort.

What We're Looking For
3–4+ years of management experience (pet care, hospitality, retail, or similar)
Proven leadership in high-volume, service-driven environments
Strong business acumen (P&L, labor, operations, performance metrics)
Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and develop talent
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on growth and results
Valid driver's license
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
