Role Overview

Lead the data operations that help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. You will turn real-world expertise into high-quality data workflows, insights, and feedback that improve how models learn, reason, and perform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage data workflows for accurate annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve operational performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Analyze datasets, identify actionable insights, and present recommendations that improve efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for key metrics and workflow improvements.
• Continuously improve processes for scalability, data integrity, and quality.
• Take a proactive, hands-on approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical aptitude and experience with data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with operational processes and a strong interest in improving efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and clearly communicate data-driven insights in writing and verbally.
• Ability to learn quickly, perform under pressure, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and close attention to data quality and validation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in engineering or another technical field with an operational or human-data focus.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, or programming languages such as Python or SQL.
• Internship or project-based experience in data management, AI/ML, or process optimization.

Work Terms

• Full-time, remote position.
• Hiring is occurring across multiple regions to support coverage, compliance, and time-zone needs. Responsibilities and expectations are consistent, while employment terms vary by region.

Compensation

$40 to $60 per hour.
