Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $32 - $32 / hour* What you'll be doing as a Concrete Finisher: Pour, smooth and finish concrete with use of screeds, floats, trowels, and broom Apply compounds and sealers to finished concrete and ensure adequate supplies Monitor the effects of weather conditions such as heat, cold, and wind during the concrete curing process and adjust accordingly Ensure concrete finish meets project specifications and quality standards Assist with training new employees advancing into a Finisher role Available shifts: Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady Must have minimum 5 years experience as a Concrete Laborer/Finisher Must be reliable, with an excellent attendance history Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team Must be very safety conscious Drug test required Ready to take control of the way you work? *Hourly pay rates are a good‑faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
